Do I have to be employed?
Not necessarily, but you will need proof of income. Disability, retirement, and unemployment benefits are all considered sources of income. A paycheck stub (paycheck statement) is also a source of income verification.
What if the title is not in my name?
We can still help you. If you have recently purchased a vehicle, but have not completed the registration process, we can help you do so. The process is still rather quick and easy, but will require the additional step of visiting your local Georgia Department of Motor Vehicles tag office.

What if another company has my title?
We may still be able to help you. If you are still making payments on your vehicle or if you have a title pawn with another company we may be able pay off that debt and even give you extra money!
How old do I have to be to do a title pawn?
You must be at least eighteen years old to qualify for a title pawn per the Official Code of Georgia (O.C.G.A.).
How much money can I get?
Our staff will work directly with you to help determine a loan amount that is best for you with repayment options that suit your budget. We advertise $100 to $5000 as our range of title pawn loan amounts. Your title pawn loan amount will be dependent on the value of your vehicle and your ability to repay the debt.
